its INANE IEN and BERTHA finally I came up with a name for her. it kinda sounds like a dogs name im still thinking

the lore is that Ien was born into a family of NCR officers. his parents had high hopes but this bro was born with fetal alcohol syndrome. he’s kind of like rico from the madagascar penguins. his life goal is to prove to his father that he’s not completely retarded and that he can defend the interests of the NCR. so he left the military base and started slipping dynamite into the pockets of every enemy of the NCR [because he’s cross-eyed and can’t shoot weapons]. he’s also got a grenade pin hanging around his neck

Bertha’s lore isn’t fully figured out yet. she’s a mysterious NCR bimbo soldier who apparently also left the organization because no one took her seriously. she found Ien out in the wasteland and kind of adopted him and now they’re besties!!!! basically their dynamic still needs some work
