The creation of this poem was influenced by my therapist, they asked me write down things in my journal that made me happy. During that time, I realize that being happy for me is very fragile and how my mind races into the wrong possibilities of things. My mental health journey will be long but very worth it in the end. I wanted to share this with people out there in hopes that maybe someone of you can relate to this piece I created. Thank you for taking the time in reading this.
