By ordering Product from me,the Artist,the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


PAYMENTS
‣Must be paid withn 24 hours, or else I will open the slot.
‣Payments are either 50% before start and 50% before final delivery (recommended) or 100% before I start working on your commission.
‣I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
‣I’m going to provide the deadline in the commission description, deadlines may change according to the complexity of the order.
‣Commissions may take an estimated time of a minimum of 10 days - 1 month after approved sketch.Turnaround time (TAT) depends on these factors: order of commission/queues, buyers response to inquiries, complexity, health, work, or any other irl issues.
‣Files will be sent through TOYHOUSE (if you own an account) or through E-MAIL/Discord.


REVISIONS
‣First 3 revisions are free of charge! Any major revisions after the initial sketch will be charged.
‣Please make sure to ask for revisions during the sketch phase.
‣MAJOR REVISIONS include heavily changing the linework and any add-ons like extra accessories, etc.
‣MINOR REVISIONS include changes in shade of color, clean-ups, missing major accessories, etc.


REFUNDS
‣ I do not offer 100% refunds due to transaction fees in my country.
‣ I don't offer refunds if you change your mind mid-art and decide you don't want it anymore, so make sure you want this comission!
‣ If i (the artist) cancell your commission you can get your refund and the file in the current stage
‣ Loss of interest. You are obligated to pay for a commission with the knowledge that this is a serious business transaction.If you decide to cancel a commission which I have already started on and/or completed, no refunds will be given and only the piece which you have commissioned will be given to you.

USE
♥My commissions are for personal, non-monetized use only!
♥ You may repost and use any commissioned art for content creation (stream/video thumbnails, social media icons, etc.) with credit.
♥ You can not redistribute or profit from any commissioned art through prints/shirts/mugs/add or other merch unless is paid a 150% commercial usage fee.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The commissioner reserves the right to:
Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.Printing the artwork for personal use only.

REGARDING AI
You are NOT allowed to use my art to make AI generated art or any NFT or cypto any my progress(WIP) or even after the commission.

IF THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT READ THE TERMS, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN MISTAKE.
