Well this took longer then it needed, but it's finally done. I'll be honest I had to change somethings for this chapter like at one point I had Spyro's old friends come with him to save Gill Grunt but I couldn't come up with a good reason for them to come along since they are currently not Skylanders and I don't see Spyro putting his friends at risk even to save another.


Malefor and Phantom were also at one point meant to show up and tag team Spyro (throwing him around like a rag doll ) But given how big they are I couldn't see them fitting inside the tunnels and having Cynder take Gill Grunt back to her parents made no sense as Spyro wouldn't have known where to go. I originally was going to have Peekaboo lead him to them but having Spyro meet Cynder's parents right now seemed too much ( it's the first chapter after all ).


Just so you know Cynder isn't going to change sides in this story, unlike in canon she is loyal to her father and her being Spyro's rival can lead to all kinds of shenanigans.
