Yes, power outages are truly severe in some parts of the country right now, especially in the frontline areas. When electricity is only available for 6-8 hours a day (split into 2-3.5 hours in the morning and evening, leaving you with almost no time to get anything done), it puts a greater strain on morale than mass attacks.
