Klunk is from an AU of the 2003 TMNT show. He was a little kitten that Mike adopted just like in canon, but when Donatello got infected in season 4 Klunk knocked over one of Leatherhead's attempts to cure the turtle.
Leatherhead did his best to clean the cat up the damage was done and he mutated.
