Saibo is a humanoid/primitive falsecell that is relatively small in comparison to other falsecells. Her biology closely mimics that of single-celled organisms. However, the small black blobs in her body are individual organs, confirming that she is a multicellular organism. She can manipulate the cytoplasm on the back of her head like secondary arms, and is fully able to communicate with, and understand humans.
The individual proteins in her body work as a decentralized digestive system. She can absorb any organic material, and toxic yellow proteins will spread acid to break down foreign material. Purple proteins transport genetic information to green proteins, where the genetic information is then stored. Pink proteins will process organic material that is then ready to be converted into energy by cyan proteins!
The cytoplasm and proteins are safe to eat, and have a peculiar citrus flavor (hypothesized to be a result of the acid used by yellow proteins). She can generate a lot of cytoplasm and give it various effects, as consuming the cytoplasm is noted to induce more hunger and slight euphoria.
Currently, Saibo lives in a human lab where the biology of her and her kin can be further studied. Scientists provide her with a space where she is well-adjusted and comfortable. Tests are harmless and only serve to encourage natural behavior for research.
