Anxiety has its origins in protectiveness, but it can overreact. Beebee seems to think you're in danger, or maybe you just weren't listening to them, so, reluctantly, they decided the only way to properly keep you safe is to hold you in their stomach where nothing can hurt you.
Anxiety can end up causing more harm than good though. I assume the personification of anxiety can't digest things so you'll be nice and protected in there, but who knows~
