Bio: Unmei Saibankan is an ancient and omnipresent entity with an unknown past, known as one of the darkest legends of Japan. She is highly respected within the realms of law and justice, serving as a juez—a sworn and legitimate executioner—and is the chief director of police. Her headquarters has a remarkable record for resolving significant cases, achieving a high number of arrests, and winning trials in their favor. Despite encountering heroic obstacles and the mediocrity of many self-proclaimed heroes, she is determined to revitalize the true essence of heroism. Saibankan strives to be a formidable force of justice against crime, embodying decency, morality, perfection, and fairness. However, she often operates in the shadows, resorting to extremist measures such as murder to eradicate criminality and unworthy vigilantes altogether. Her actions, while aimed at guaranteeing a more ideal and pure world, leave behind a trail of unsolved murders and disasters.
