Handling another character idea he had for ChaosCroc's 'Victory Vixen' universe, this time the vulpine alien Neo from planet Verta-4. With the powers to breathe in space (don't ask how), fly at near-lightspeed velocity, conjure prismatic barriers and blasts of light from her raygun, she visits planet Golus (VV-verse's equivalent to Earth) in search of some lost tech she was originally carrying before her ship blew up. Folks on Golus are still wary of aliens after the invasion of the parasitic Viarri that occurred 39 years prior, but Neo's quick to assert herself as a force for good... and hopefully, citizens will believe her in due time.
(Currently, she works with the superheroes in the Canada equivalent of Granadia, perhaps because of the oversaturation of heroes in Mercia. Or because of their militant paranoia of any heroes not under govt. oversight...)
