Taking into account the lycanthrope rules of dungeons and dragons, Anezka has multiple forms. She has a human form, a hybrid form, a 'war' form and a special 'mount' form.
This reference sheet takes into account her normal, hybrid/anthro, and steed forms. Once a nun, poor Anezka was stricken by a lycanthropic curse, and driven out- likely to end up on the end of a silver stake or hunter's pyre if not for being found and bound to her Mistress Sabine. Part servant, part pet, part lover the pair are close but complicated in their view for each other.
Her steed form is of special note because it is in no way natural even to her unnatural state, its due to being fed a special brew of dragon's blood so that she can act as her Mistress's mount when she has need of flight, travel, or a steed for warfare.
