The lawyer has a private talk with Birch, then consults with the other Beach Bears. Dipper gets upset and is asked to wait outside. He meets Birch out there, and they have a nice conversation.
This is one of my favorite songs from the little known show, Shenandoah. I searched for some excuse to fit the song in, and this is the result.

Nice Chapter, Max. I'll play it for Sue when she gets back from working today. Though I really wish I knew why her voice had that empty room sound to it...This room has enough foam (couch and chair) and cloth (curtains and carpeting) that it really shouldn't have sounded that way. Guess I really need to build that isolation/announcer's booth down in the basement.
