Annubrius lay facing the wall late one night, smiling to herself. She knew that her mate was still lying awake also.
'Xaroc..?' she murmured out to him.
'Hmm?' he replied as he rolled a little to face her.
'I'm pregnant.' she said, her hand on her belly, smile becoming broader. His smile, too, became wider as he rolled to nuzzle her gently.
'This is great news..' he purred to her, wrapping his strong, yet gentle arm around her middle, hers coming up to meet his.
My wife and I are very happy about the most recent news. Thank you, everyone for all the congrats and well wishes! And of course to the artist that gifted this to us. [see below]
