Been way too long since I checked in on these two! Last time we saw the pair ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62354203/ ) a chance encounter with a Virmir-fairy left the otter fattenized and it looks like that hasn't worn off.

So one of the small but real pains of getting fatter is having to deal with clothes that just don't fit anymore however much you've been wearing them forever. And that the otter doesn't even like the shirt but wears it to avoid hassles at places with water parks, well, the insult of having to get a replacement is all the worse.

This was drawn partly because it has been too long; I like them and keep meaning to do more. But also that I'm trying to build up any skill in ``characters holding things'' or ``things touching other things'', which has been a weakness, as anyone who looks at how I draw clothes will see. You would not believe how long I spent pinching a T-shirt and really looking at my fingers. Does it pay off? No, not really, but it's nice to imagine it would.

I think the hydra's elbow looks much more like an elbow than I usually draw, though.
