Fleo was your average wastelander, but as mutagens, FEV, and a bad encounter with a Deathclaw Matriarch can happen, so can a bad turn of events. Luckily, she’s still there under all the scales and muscle. It’s just a bit harder to find friends, though, when you’re a walking nuclear reactor, not many people are going to say no when you ask them to do something.
