TUTORIAL TIME
*ahem* To start off, I made a layer above the actual drawing, and changed the layer mode from "Normal" to "Luminosity/Additive". I took a light shade of a yellowish-green and used the water tool to give it that somewhat blurry effect. Then I used a small size of the brush tool to make the bolder lines.
I hope that makes sense > u >;; This was done on SAI btw.

I rather enjoy this piece very much, and I'm not one of those people big on My Little Pony either O.o
I really love the colorization style on this, especially on the eyes~ (I love eyes :3). It's not every day I favorite something, so yay you :D
