"N-Not the feathers!"
The poor dragon cried out, seeing the pink feathery plumes approach his bound feet. His eyes widening as he began to laugh so sweetly, bucking about the best he could in his bondage. The poor guy couldn't even wiggle his wings or barely even his legs due to his position's restraints.
His feet held up high and arms bound in front of him, the best he could do is laugh.
