Genderless four-armed creature living in a cavern beneath the earth... He's fed failed subjects of futuristic genetic engineering (mainly young children), and has never seen the light of day.

The main storyline associated with this guy goes as follows: Young kid gets thrown into Doma's cavern, expected by all to be eaten alive. When Doma starts fingering the boy (to see if he's alive and to get a feel for what the kid might "look like" through the sense of touch), the boy is tickled and laughs. Doma hears the laughter and cannot bring himself to kill the kid. So, he treats him almost like his own baby. Doma is Mr. Mom.
