Aiya's spending the week of her 41st birthday in American Samoa competing in a surfing contest. Here she's relaxing on one of the beaches in Tafuna just before a round of surfing begins. Notice something different about her? If you guessed her hair color, you're right! I'm trying something different with her for a bit, seeing how she would look with her natural hair color. Yeah, surprise surprise…she's not a natural blonde (common amongst Polynesians, really). The blonde look to her is an aesthetic that she took inspiration from a certain lifeguard character in Lilo & Stitch (you know the one).
