You know, given how hyper-advanced their ancestral civilization way, it's kind of funny they didn't give the body's adaptive biology a manual override, so you could ie just decide to get swole and how much and your body would just develop that way without needing to stimulate it via physical activity then continue that activity just to maintain it lest your body regress to save calories.

Of course, maybe they did, but you need something external to trigger or set it? A bit of chemistry or a techno-widget or etc.
