Ah I see, a knitted pattern does sound difficult. Sometimes keeping it simple is best though. At least that's what someone once told me when I was overthinking something I was working on. lol Don't remember what that project was anymore. ^^;
You can always try a knitted pattern on another piece someday. Maybe by then you'll have it worked out?
