I think there might be some misunderstanding with the translation.
"Fun", not "funny". As in it's fun, pleasant to look at. It's got an interesting design that is pleasing to the eye in a good way. Like she's ready for a night out on the town to have some fun. Perhaps at a nightclub or something.
