Unlike pretty nice and chill (although sometimes a bit cold) princess Eiris, her Rose personality most of the time has... much different expression.
Usually invisible behind her steel wolf mask, so she can express whatever she wants, with zero fucks to what people around her will think. Still can be seen, if instead of green lenses of the steel mask, she switches to her Rose personality by wearing green glasses, for example.
And best description would probably be... "unhinged"...
