Fox King Reacts to Minions & Monsters Official Trailer
Hello everyone, today I'm going to be reacting to a trailer for the third Minions movie. Is this one called Minions & Monsters? Wait a minute, isn't it too late to react to a mini-movie since it came out four years ago? Oh, wait, it's also the title for the third Minions movie. This is becoming increasingly confusing to me. Couldn't they give the title a different name, like either "Minions Vs. Monsters" or maybe "Minions Summoned Monsters"? Besides, they've already used the title for one of their mini-movies. Seriously, why is Hollywood nowadays too lazy to come up with unused titles or newer ones that don't confuse people? 0:00-0:10 So we see the Minions dressed as medieval knights for a movie, and the director tells them what they're roles are in this movie. He even gives them details on what the scene for the movie is supposed to happen, and how the actors playing Vikings wanted them dead, but not in a real way, just for acting.
0:10-0:32 Now, as he yelled "Action," the minions really were attacking those actors, even though they were supposed to pretend that they were, I mean, they might need a trip to the hospital after the number of things that the minions did to those actors.
0:32-0:45 So the Minions wanted to make a monster movie, only they don't 100% know what kind of monster they needed for their movie they've wanted to make. I mean, we've got plenty of monster movies that already existed, so why not create their own monster for their movie? Well, let's see what might happen.
0:45-1:14 Now, the next thing we see is that the minions try to summon Cthulhu, only they end up summoning a small alien-like creature. One of them starts poking at his head while he tells one of the minions to stop poking him, as well as slapping one of the minions' faces.
1:14-1:29 So this little green guy decided to help the minions find a monster for their monster movie, as he took them to every location in the world where they could find many, many monsters. Then he told them that they shouldn't worry because they're good guys unless they find them tasty.
1:29-1:48 So we see the minions meeting every single monster, whether they be an orange slimy creature with millions of eyes, a robot marching, and a pink head monster version of Snowball from the Secret Life of Pets that can shoot lightning bolts out of his eyes.
1:48-2:09 Now, the last part of the trailer, we see the Minions meeting a mummy, and one of the minions was using the toilet despite toilets weren't even invented back in Egypt times, but then mistaken the piece of a mummy's bandage for toilet paper and untwine the mummy till it's nothing but bones at the end of the trailer.
Now that was my reaction to Minions and Monsters, now I know that the minions' story is meant to be a prequel to "Despicable Me", no surprise there, but this one still got me confused. Is it supposed to take place after Rise of Gru, or is this supposed to take place before it? Now I understand that young Gru isn't in this movie, but still, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a third prequel to "Despicable Me" or if it's 100% a spin-off of it. Well, let's hope the second trailer to this will give me ideas on what this movie is supposed to be about, but in the meantime, see you all later.
