My nervous system couldn't cope after all...
Some things reopened painful and traumatic experiences for me, and I couldn't get out of them on my own. So what I had been working on for years just crumbled like a house of cards.
Recently, I was diagnosed with depression for the second time, along with an anxiety disorder. I'll have to take antidepressants for a year now. I've also been prescribed tranquilizers so I can sleep at night instead of crying for hours.
Right now, I have the support of close friends and my loved ones. I hope I'll be okay...
