Quincey Morris es un miembro ejecutivo de bajo rango en la ADM. El tipo de persona que preferiría estar trabajando en un cubículo de siete a siete, en lugar de estarse jugando la vida en misiones peligrosas alrededor del mundo. Pero por su excelente desempeño el recibió un “asenso” como miembro de uno de los escuadrones de la ADM

Fue designado como el enlace operativo del original equipo Saeta, siendo la persona encargada de coordinar la misión, proveer armas y equipamiento, contactarse con autoridades locales y servir de enlace entre Saeta y el consejo de los doce. También es a él quien corresponde la discreción de revelar u ocultar información clasificada. Su personalidad de burócrata hizo que el equipo original no tuviera mucha simpatía hacia él. Junto con Eliot él es el único sobreviviente del equipo original.

Medroso y con poca iniciativa, él no puede hacer más que ser arrastrado a toda clase de locas y peligrosas aventuras. Aunque en teoría el no debería entrar en combate, esta situación ocurre con demasiada frecuencia por lo que esta lo suficiente calificado en el manejo de armas de fuego y defensa personal.
Está confirmado que él es un ciborg como el resto del equipo, pero mucha de su información, así como sus verdaderas habilidades han sido clasificadas. Para disimular se le han proporcionado armas tipo dardo teledirigido para que el las presente como si fueran su verdadera “habilidad”

Los otros miembros de saeta saben que él conoce más de lo que aparenta y se preguntan dónde está realmente su lealtad. Por otro lado, el Concilio de los Doce teme que el quizás empiece a ver a su equipo como algo más que las armas cargadas que son.

Quincey Morris is a low-ranking executive member of the ADM. The kind of person who would rather be working in a cubicle from seven to seven, rather than risking his life on dangerous missions around the world. But due to his excellent performance, he received a "promotion" to a member of one of the ADM's squads.

He was assigned as the operational liaison for the original Saeta team, responsible for coordinating the mission, providing weapons and equipment, contacting local authorities, and serving as the liaison between Saeta and the Council of Twelve. He is also the one with the discretion to reveal or withhold classified information. His bureaucratic personality made him unpopular with the original team. Along with Eliot, he is the only surviving member of the original squad.

Timid and lacking initiative, he can do little more than get dragged into all sorts of crazy and dangerous adventures. Although in theory he shouldn't be involved in combat, this happens far too often, so he is quite skilled in firearms and self-defense.
It's confirmed that he is a cyborg like the rest of the team, but much of his information, as well as his true abilities, has been classified. To disguise this, he has been provided with homing dart weapons to present as his true "skill."

The other members of Saeta know that he knows more than he lets on and wonder where his true loyalties lie. On the other hand, the Council of Twelve fears that he might start to see his team as more than just the loaded weapons they are.
