Kopala is a 26 year old pikachu living anywhere (currently roaming the "back to hands-on hall" for treasures). He's an interdimensional pirate. He has the powers of a pikachu. He can use items and power ups, granted he doesn't use a cannon block the traditional way (i.e. he holds it and shoots).

He's...not the captain of the crew he's in (the crew might be a mish-mash of species).
His outfit is based on the pirate xweetok.
