He is a class S fencer with an unnatural speed with his rapier that can wear out the most hardiest tanks and overwhelm seasoned heroes. He is also a fierce bullfighter and can slay a bull with a single swipe of his rapier.
He's a lady's man and a womanizer who can charm the clothes off any females and get them in bed with speed. He spends most of his time at brothels and has a long list of conquests.
He is very dangerous in combat and not to be underestimated. If an X appear over his left eye, any attack directed at him would be redirected back at the attacker whether by blade, magic or long ranged attacks. Cunning, ruthless and bloodthirsty, the Count is a greatly feared man.
He has survived numerous assassination attempts and slew many adventurers who got in his way.

He only obeys the Grand Duke out of convenience, but he will overthrow him if given the chance. His wealth comes from loansharking, racketeering, extortion, smuggling and slave trafficking.
