I kept thinking of Baby Doll from Batman while sketching Bubbles, and that's where this image was born from. I thought it would be interesting, since Chemical X seems so unknown, I mean who's to say what it could cause and prevent with normalcy, since it was what gave them super powers, and they don't look like the other kids in the show with their hands and stuff. Maybe there's an episode or comic I didn't see that states what it all does, but at the end of the day, this drawing is just a what-if image, from an old fan(me) and nothing more.
