Consequences of a Misplay - Chess Pieces TFs/MC
Another commission written for 
Ghastly_Serpent! Once again featuring their characters Dyx, Giplu, and Freneth.
Admittedly I haven't gotten a lot of practice with inanimate TF, so working on this was a bit of a welcome challenge! I only really have specialties in more humanoid outcomes, and while chess pieces can at least be similar to a person in structure there are still so many intricacies that make writing a story like this a bit of a hassle. I do think I did pretty well for a first attempt at this kind of thing though. Plus I enjoy dipping my toes in more fantasy-centric plotlines and TFing characters in those kinds of settings. Overall, a pretty solid commission even if working on it took a fair bit of work to pull off!
...also perhaps this might be the first time I've written TG in a while. If you count transforming into a female-leaning inanimate object TG.
