Lucy is the granddaughter of the manager of the condo Ota and Denzel live in, as well as an old crush of Denzel's from highschool. While she can be a ditz at times, she's easily the voice of reason on the grounds, which has been proven by how many times she was able to talk Ota down from sniping bystanders he mistakes for terrorists.

Career-wise, Lucy works two jobs- birthday party magician and cafe waitress, both of which she excels at.
