The ears just disappear under the helmet, kinda folding away
Even on the basic wolf model, they don't fold completely and they just disappear at some point. This is simply not visible due to the animation. The long ones will probably be visible for a frame or two on the closing helmet (sticking out from the top), and then they'll simply be retracted or disappear into the full animation of the closed helmet.
Well, or I can make a separate special helmet for them, but this needs to be discussed separately.
