This one's actually preeeeetty old. About 2-3 years old methinks. I can't remember the exact date I drew it. Anyways, this was back when I was really into Fallout and read up on the different Vaults. I decided to make my own where all sorts of freaky experiments involving plants and animals had taken place, and this dude is one of the mutant results. I can't remember his name, but in the end he wound up working covertly for the Brotherhood of Steel...squadleader of Cloak Squad and a complement to Dagger. Cloak and Dagger. Pwaha.
