I sense a poetic strength in this poem for the beauty of life, but also emphasizing how fleeting life can be as well. But is life beautiful only because it is temporary? This is the question posited by the ephemeral existence of the butterfly.
Your usage of "Heaven's Blessing" and "Weaving unseen ages as a design." is a great juxtaposition between the dual nature of the butterfly's existence. To be beautiful you must also be alive, this is true. But you have to stop and think about all the enormous amount of time that has built up to this moment to allow the butterfly to be in existence, that is equally impressive.
"single moment" and "eternity within a heart" these words are another call to the duality of the nature of the butterfly. It is precisely the reason why life is so precious from the butterfly's perspective, because it only lasts for a narrow window of time. It reminds me of a quote from Carl Sagan who said "Who are we but butterflies who flutter for a day and think it's forever". It could be also that the butterfly herself doesn't necessarily have a grasp on her own mortality.
"A stirring for immortality within a soul." I think this is a strong call to the unbroken chain of the butterfly's lineage of all the butterflies that existed to get her into this world, and her own children that will exist for countless eons after her passing. You could argue that this is a loose, poetic rendition of the concept of immortality.
"eternity is hidden" "priceless, timeless" these poetic references to the immortality of the chain of life itself is indicative of its unbroken chain of individuals that allow it to continue. Although each specific life doesn't last forever, their descendants can continue the cycle indeed into the vastness of time with no limit.
