Ever wondered what Zira's belly monster REALLY looks like inside her? There's a lot more to it than what you see on the outside. (This is an extremely strange idea but it's one of my favorite ideas I've had in a while)
It's supposed to be a play on the trope in cartoons where a character is so hungry, that a monster mouth will start barking from inside their belly. In this case, it's a little blob of sentient fat that has its own thoughts, and can get Zira to eat when her stomach is empty.
