He is the proprietor of the inn called the Weeping Beggar within the poor district of the Ogre's Rib. He is a genius since he was a child, but was never recognized by his parents and was outshined by his brother who was the parents' golden child. His father is a rabbit and his mother is a cat.

His brother had always made trouble for him and he's often accused of things his brother did and was taking credit for his inventions.

When he was older, his brother framed him for something terrible that he didn't do and was disowned by his parents and he was forced to live in the Poor District. But he is very smart and start salvaging anything useful and made devices that saw him through everything.

One day, a man who was so fascinated by his creativity that he gives Mr. Lingalope his building which later turned into the Weeping Beggar. Mr. Lingalope had created a wonderful device that can turn any food and liquor that was stale, expired, spoiled, moldy, etc. and change them into food and drinks that is fit for a party. He uses the contraption restore food and drinks thus feeding many of the poor who come in through the inn's doors with tears and stories of their circumstances and later leave with full bellies and smiles on their faces.

He is described as generous, jovial and often seen with a smile on his face and welcomes all with open arms to his inn and he speaks with a Slavic like accent. He is the reason the Poor District isn't falling into total chaos since he put food in the bellies of everyone within the Poor District and keeps the peace thus making him a pillar in his community (at least in his area.) The gangs of the district respects him greatly and would even work for him because he keeps them fed and the Omeginati doesn't bother him since they don't consider him as a threat. He has a good relationship with the urban guide, Francharolette, and keeps her fed and gives her a place to stay. She, in return, sends people to his inn and provides him with information and shares her earnings with him and sometimes helps him with the inn.

He is very self-reliant and gold doesn't have much interest him since he has everything he needs and won't charge anyone for a stay at his inn. The food, drinks and a room at the Weeping Beggar are all free.
