A mysterious Panda with very little data on him. Ozvaldo was discovered somewhere in the Southern Region by Louie, Connor, and Akio, members of the Special Division of Security Operations. Seeing an opportunity, Louie would make an attempt to recruit Ozvaldo and he would end up joining as long as the organization would pay for any bills and medicine his adoptive mother needed...

Not much is know about Ozvaldo's origin. His kind are not typically found is the region he was living. It's hypothesized that he's born in the Eastern Region and was brought to the Southern Region shortly after his birth and "Ozvaldo" might not even be his real name. He has not yet discovered his birth family and hopes the organization would aid him.

Ozvaldo is a well mannered person. He displays fatherly and protective attributes. His upbringing caused him to grow up fast and despite what's been thrown at him, he will always carry a stoic and well-headed attitude.

Together with Connor and Akio, they form a fearsome trio. Ozvaldo acts as a tactician, planning things out and playing a supportive role. However, he's not afraid to use deadlier options if needed. Ozvaldo has access to spells and magic. Most are not able to contest Ozvaldo as magic is not as prominent as it was back in the Old Era. His skills has landed him a spot as a high ranked agent.
