Here’s another delicious Smashburger creation with a great substitute fur buns/bread if you’re in the mood to get culinarily creative!

Ingredients:

Patty:

1 Italian sausage
2tbsp Italian breadcrumbs
1tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 diced onion
1 finely chopped green onion
2tsp garlic plus

Toppings:

4 lettuce leaves
2 slices BACON
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 eggo waffles (in place of buns)
Guacamole sauce (packet)

Recipe:

1-preheat flatiron grill until searing hot
2-de-case your sausage meat and combine with your veggies and spices
3-smash patties down onto your grill until no pink is in the middle and both sides have a nice dark-brown crust
4-top with bacon and cheese then place onto your waffles with your lettuce and guac
5-enjoy with your favourite side!

Tip: this also works great as a nice breakfast treat by adding scrambled eggs!
