This is Shinotep, the angel of death that watches over the afterlife plane of carnal desire known as Carnalval. He can shift into a number of forms, from a mass of wings and eyes, to his childlike gravekeeper form, to forms made more for pleasure or to be threatening. This one's a bit of pleasure AND threatening, in that sort of 'step on me' way.
