Rasi Behr is a polar bear.
He is a local fur that is always very kind to the people around him. Truly a fur you do not want to pass on meeting. So one IHOP meet, I decided to draw him. I'd done something for him in the past, but spent a little more time on him this round.
I am deciding whether or not to color digitally... those things are difficult at times and occasionally don't turn out the way I want.
