Raymond was looking forward to a nice and cozy weekend after a long week at the office. Nothing was going to get in his way from ordering take out sushi and playing strategy games! That is until, his phone started vibrating on his desk.

"Rude... Just my luck..."

Fearing the reproductions of ignoring her, (as much as he wanted to) he reluctantly does the right thing, flips the lid, and answers.

It was her usual jabs and teasing insults at first, but the jist of it was that her laptop was having issues. Random pop-ups (that she can't be bothered to explain what they say), a desktop that is slower than sin, and most notably to Raymond, loud and concerning clicking noises!

"Sounds like the hard drive is on its way out..." Raymond mutters to himself, as Rude continues to babble on the other end of the call.

"THIS IS SO LAME!! Come on Ray-Ray!! Come over and FIX it you DORK! PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE!"

After much of Rude's "elegant" pleading, Raymond sighed a deep sigh and agreed to help.

"I better cancel that sushi..."

Raymond arrives at Rude's apartment, it is only a short moped drive away. With any luck he can migrate to OS to the new hard drive, sawp it, then head back home easy peasy!

Rude, sassy but thankful, welcomes him to her crummy apartment. It looks like she moved a bunch of dirty clothes to the corner of the living room last minute for his arrival.

What a drag, she doesn't even have so much as a coffee table for him to work on! So the couch will have to do. She flops on the other end, loudly chatting and gossiping and making fun of him all while he works.

Raymond thinks to himself "what a waste of time, she probably deserves to have this dusty thing from the stone age die on her! (She just plays the sims on it anyway) Okay I just got to remove the back and---"

!!!!!

Suddenly, Rudes big and surprisingly soft feet find themselves on Raymonds face! Moving his glasses, flicking his nose. Brushing his fur, and pinching his ears. His expression evolved from a professional focus, to the silliest of bashful grins that he simply could not hide. Eyes and wires get crossed, face so burning red you could almost hear a tea kettle going off!

"Hey geek dont loose your glasses Haw Haw! Heeeeey why you actin' so weeeeeird! Hehehe what's the matter Ray-Ray >:3" Rude mocks him with a knowing look in her eyes.

Raymond however, completely paralyzed with that stupid smile on his face, couldn't hear a word of it.

"Gwa... ahhbabblllaabbpptl... bbbbububu.. @v@"

And so the blubbering rat Raymond ended up spending much more time at Rude's apartment for what was supposed to be a quick job. Every time he tried to focus on the task at hand, the feet of the orange Rude Rat would just send him spiraling and grinning like a fool. And for Rude, this was much more fun than playing the Sims anyday!;}
