I got the UR-DEDs in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I'm attempting a pacifist run for my first playthrough, so I can't use these on enemies otherwise I'll throw that out the window.
Doesn't mean I can't find other uses for them!

I just knock them out, hit them with my tranq rifle (provided I can actually find the bloody ammo for it) or sneak past them. It's possible (And required, for the Pacifist achievement) to do this in the intro sequence, before you get augmented and stuff. You just have to be very careful about it. :D
