Art by me, a silly valentines gift to my friend

Ah Valentine’s day, a mature holiday for adults to partake in romance. And the theatre! Such profound stories can be told through the medium of plays! It does take a skilled, talented, (and handsome) actor to pull off such a thing, but this birdy is those things of course.
So when older school girls told this birdy that they would love to see this perform, that he and his pretty friend would make the perfect actors for a valentines day play, well how could this perfect actor say no?
But alas with all great plays came tragedy, when it turned out it was less of a play to show off the complexity and maturities of the adult world love, and more to have two winged cupid babies strung up against the stage light so that they may be giggled and be laughed at.
However the important detail is that I played my role to perfection. Such perfection in fact that I was able to maintain character up to and including to several hours after the lights went out, and we were found by school facility still strung up.
Alas, to be an actor is to suffer for art.
