Here’s fan art I did of one of my favorite Sonic characters, Fang the Sniper (a.k.a. Nack the Weasel (though, he’s actually a jerboa), Fang the Hunter, and whatever other aliases he goes by), done as a Valentine’s Day card.
Fang is a treasure hunter. His goal is to get the Chaos Emeralds, not for the Emeralds’ power, but to sell them for money, and he’s also usually a villain in the Sonic universe. Even though he’s normally an antagonist, he’s gotten to be more popular among Sonic fans (at least, ever since 2023’s Sonic Superstars came out).
Anyway, I made this fan art of Fang in the style of a Valentine’s Day card with the jerboa looking lovestruck, showing his affection by forming his tail in a heart shape. There’s a message on the card saying “I am a treasure hunter” above Fang and “and you are my treasure!” below him. I guess now, Fang’s no longer going after emeralds, but instead, going after hearts this time. Stealing hearts is not a crime!
