The time has brought changes and new love in their life, which they should be thankful for. Then Vanilla scolds her guests for not behaving. If possible, Vector doesn't wears his headphones, so he holds his (invisible?) ears and Sonic, Tails and Amy get scared. Cream laughs.
This is a reference to Sonic X Comics Issue 40,where Sonic has a teaparty with Cream. I can only see Cream as a kid and think it would be fitting for her character to sometimes be a bit childish.
