When playing Planet Robobot, I couldn't help but wonder what happened to all the Haltmann workers that arrived on the Access Ark, it was blown up at the end of the game afterall; So I came up with this fella, just another engineer that got marooned on Popstar, no warning, no severance package, trapped on this lazy & peace-loving world that is far behind technologically; which means he's SOL if any of his stuff breaks down.

He just seems like a lot of fun to torture and put through situations!
