continuing on I-40 as a I was leaving Oklahoma City, I took a photo of this beautiful piece of modern art, it's called the Skydance Bridge, built to completion on April 23, 2012 and inaugurated on the same day, this walking bridge's design was inspired by the state bird of Oklahoma, the sculpture was the building plan, but the bridge was a requirement by the city to allow pedestrians to safely cross the highway to see the sculpture, you can learn more about this bridge and it's sculpture here:
