drew this for a skeb (surprise me) commission!
i was given a lot of freedom to choose, as the request was basically neo, the character + inspiration from a video game of my choosing as the theme. i decided to go for wadanohara and the big blue sea, an rpg maker game because it fits the season (at the time of commission), and i thought, the sailor style outfit would look adorable on him.
