If you have a problem with one or your eye, it's true you won't be able to see them, but there're some alternatives.
First, some people made animated gifs with the two pictures blinking one after each other, but I find that a little too exhausting.
Another possibility is to use a software to morph between the two pictures, that's working great but ask some works to do it propoerly.
One last I'm working on for my nephew who has lost one of his eye is with reticular plastic film and by printing the picture, but you have to find reticular plastic sheets to do that.
With those technics, even with one eye, you can see a little how the 3D effect is working.

I've learned a lot at that convention, and think i should be able to do nicer shoots next time, and I hope I will be able to do some of you too, that would be great ^_^
For 3d glasses, you can find some on my lense builder's website (link is in my last journal), or try to do your own, and with stereophotomaker you can do anaglyph too, but sometimes with some fur it doesn't work at all (they are totally dark with blue or red eye).
