For this month of FebROOary, I brought back a very old design! This guy has not seen the light of day in 16 years since his one time feature, but some friends convinced me to bring him back, and he looks pretty good, or should I say he looks nasty bad!

Don't let the bright colors fool you. This guy's a bruiser.
He may be pink, but he'll make you see black and blue!
So pink and vivid! I like this design for a roo figher a lot. It's good to revisit old designs and refresh them. =D

It was nice bringing him back as a lot of my old gen characters ended up getting extremely changed or shelved. Rodger actually didn't need much change. The design was pretty solid!
